huge balcony great breakfast
Oh my gosh, the balcony at the room was so huge i loved it! the breakfast selection was great. It had many options. the pool is right next to the ocean and that was fantastic.
the lighting was very dim in my room though, i wish it was brighter.

the rooms were modern and clean. the hotel provided a mosquito repellent plug in. the staff were very helpful upon arrival and throughout my stay.
i found the lighting in the room horrible. the wifi was also horrible. the prices for drinks and food at the pool were exorbitant.

underwhelming experience

moldy room poor air conditioning
the staff was mostly helpful and tried their best to address concerns.
the room smelled of mold upon arrival. the air conditioning barely worked. i requested a different room but none were available, so i was stuck with a stuffy, musty space .

A balanced view of a pleasant stay

spacious room breakfast selection difficult door light switches
the room was spacious and very clean it was well-kept with housekeeping ensuring it was super clean every day. the breakfast selection was excellent it offered a great mix of thai and international dishes along with fantastic coffee.
the entrance door to the room was difficult to open all the time it was heavy to move. light switches in the room were only accessible behind the curtain in the opposite direction where usually expected while entering the room it was inconvenient at night.
