the staff was mostly helpful and tried their best to address concerns.
the room smelled of mold upon arrival. the air conditioning barely worked. i requested a different room but none were available, so i was stuck with a stuffy, musty space .

The room was spacious and featured calming lighting. we appreciated the balcony. It was a nice addition. the breakfast had versatile options. i liked the thai food selections that were available.
The entrance door to the room was difficult to open. It felt quite heavy.

the location is accessible to nearby attractions, even if not directly in the absolute center. the powdery white sand beach is a short walk away, providing easy access for beachgoers. several convenient services like a 7/11, laundry, and a pharmacy are just across the street.

A balanced view of a pleasant stay
spacious roombreakfast selectiondifficult doorlight switches
the room was spacious and very clean it was well kept with housekeeping ensuring it was super clean every day. the breakfast selection was excellent it offered a great mix of thai and international dishes along with fantastic coffee.
the entrance door to the room was difficult to open all the time it was heavy to move. light switches in the room were only accessible behind the curtain in the opposite direction where usually expected while entering the room it was inconvenient at night.
